Class Description:
The cost is $115.00 per semester.
This class will build on past art skills by challenging students in drawing faces, proportions, and from life. We will use a variety of materials and choose from many subjects. Weekly sketches will be encouraged.
Students should have art class experience or high interest in art instruction as a tool to help them hone their skills.
One credit is only available for 9th-12th grade students.
Class Supplies Needed:
Each student will need to purchase: pencils (2H, HB, and 2B variety), a good eraser (kneaded or white), blending stumps, drawing pens set (like Micron), and an artist portfolio (larger than 17 x 22 is encouraged).
Students will be responsible to carry their materials with them on a weekly basis.
