The purpose of this class is to help prepare the students for the financial decisions they will make as they finish high school or college and enter the work force. It is very important that students understand how to be financially responsible. The Bible teaches much about money and finances, and scripture will be integrated throughout this class.
Topics will include the following:
Basics of personal finance, goals, career choices, college choices and funding options, employment resumes and interviews, budgeting, taxes, banking, credit and debt, major purchases, housing decisions, insurance, and investments.
This class is offered second semester only.
